We optimized the receiving of market data from Binance and fixed the issue due to which the order book and time and sales could update asynchronously

Optimized Binance data flow
Freezes when receiving market data have been eliminated, the discrepancy between the update of the time and sales and order book has been fixed, and the data flow coming from Binance has been optimized.
The “Optimize data flow” parameter has been added to the general order book settings — it is enabled by default.
The update makes data display in Vataga.terminal more stable and synchronous.
